After all, one would expect potential mapmakers to register at the forum if they dig TripleA so much that they try to make maps. Maybe the forum is the best place to post and discuss guides. Yes, GitHub seems to not be a place where people intuitively navigate to get help. A suggestion maybe we should make room, where all guides are to be listed, for one or several map creation guides (that people hopefully could contribute to).Īnd until new/updated guides are created, we could just list the older guides. I hope where ever this guide is pasted, that there will be easy access for people to make contributions and discuss, add, update text. I don't know what to do next but selected the tripea program icon. I then select run center picker and it then says cannot locate triplea.jar and asks me to find it.
I then select next and the next screen appears.
I'm selcting 0.5625 for the initial units scale and false for has relief tiles and scroll wrap.įor now since I'm just trying to get it to work I'm only entering 1 player name and I'm using player color 9c9c9c. My map file is a png image that is 2715x1359 so I'm entering 2715,1359 for the map size. My map folder is located at C: Program Files triplea map I open map creator and enter the map folder location above. (No longer in development.)
